Agradoot RYLA has been scheduled at Srijani HTD Complex at Thakurpukur, Opp:Thakurpukur Cancer Hospital on 10th and 11th April 2010
There will be no registration charges from participants.

• Intercity meeting for Literacy:
  Was held on 28th March, 2010 at 4.00 P.M. at Rotary Sadan.
  Our club was Zonal co-host club for this event.
  SNID for Polio will be held on 25th April, 2010 (Sunday)
  We will make arrangement to collect Polio awareness materials from District Office and will display on SNID at various places for Creating awareness for a Polio Free District 3291.
  
  Heart to Heart Surgery:
  We have submitted along with our sponsorship amount cheque, a third case for Heart Treatment at DG’s office for 16 Year old girl child Ms Sandipika Kumari, Forwarded by President Rtn Kuldip. Another case for Heart surgery, forwarded by IPP Rtn Rathin was also submitted to Rtn Mahesh Kr Shah and Rtn Sushil Sethia from R.C. of Calcutta Mahanagar for necessarytreatment.

  Minutes of the 764th Regular Weekly Club Meeting held on 16th March, 2010
  At the Metropole at 174, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata-26 at 7 P.M.
  
  President, Rtn Kuldip Singh Virdi: Called 765th Regular club meeting to order.
• National Anthem was sung by all present and led by Run Praia Pal.
• Welcomed Anne Soma (W/O: Rtn Tapas Mukherjee) and their daughter Ms Koyal Mukherjee.When requested Ms Koyal spoke about the sentiments she has for our Tapas da and his joining Rotary Club of Calcutta South City on persuation of PP Rtn Utpal.She highlighted the service above self style maintained by our dear Rtn Tapas long back since he was working as a senior bank officer.
• announced that we had a meeting with Prof Asit Mitra and Mr Subhsh Ch Mukherjee of Rotary Computer Centre to discuss the starting of our Teaching English through Computer Matching Grant Project from First day of April, 2010.
• Rtn Tapas Kr Mukherjee also took part in the planning discussions at Janabhi Sudha Trust at 14F, Ghaliff St, Kol-3
• Minutes of the last regular meeting held on 9th instant at The Metropole were confirmed.
• announced the decisions taken in the last Board Meeting Held on 9th March, 2010 after regular weekly club meeting.
• CP & Club Treasurer Rtn Sanjit informed about the fund status of our club and bank balances. He requested members to pay their Half Yearly dues immediately.
• informed that DG’s visit to our club has been postponed to end of April.
• requested club Secretary Rtn Sanjay to conduct regular club meeting:
