2. To discuss financial matters of the club including the position of the club dues as on date.
3. To discuss members development & retention .
4. To discuss about the Club’s projects , Project under Matching Grant and District Conference.
5. To discuss the current status of R.C. of Caluctta South City Welfare Trust
6. Miscellaneous as per permission of the chair
